ABOUT US
OUR STORY
Strong Maasai Ladies Association (SMALA) is a registered Community-Based Organization (CBO) founded in 2015 in Kajiado County. We were born out of the need to support Maasai girls who face harmful cultural practices, poverty, early marriage, teenage pregnancy and lack of access to education.Through grassroots initiatives, partnerships and community engagement, we are creating a safe and supportive environment where every girl can learn, grow and realize her full potential.
